Carlo discovered his passion for machines at six when a birthday gift, a remote-control truck, sparked a lifelong fascination.
Shaped by years of experience in Italy, an apprenticeship with Alfa Romeo, extensive work with Porsche and Mercedes, and time on the race track as a diagnostic and test driver, Carlo brings a rare depth of expertise to every car he works on. His meticulous care, technical expertise, and dedication to precision are the standards that define Luftech. Since moving to Canada, he has specialized in European cars, with a deep focus on Porsches.
After over a decade working alongside Luftech's founder Andy, Carlo proudly took ownership of Luftech, continuing to honour the same standard of care and dedication the shop was built on.
CARLO
Lead Technician/Owner
Jamie and Carlo first crossed paths in 2014 while working together at the same Porsche specialist shop. After nearly eight years side by side, Carlo pursued his dream of opening his own shop, and in January 2026, Jaime joined our family.
Jaime brings with him a long and distinguished career in the automotive field, with nearly 27 years of hands-on experience working on Porsches and European vehicles.
His passion, dedication, and deep expertise make him a truly valuable addition to our team.

Kristian began his automotive journey in 2022, completing a course in automotive services before joining Luftech Motorsport as an apprentice in 2023.
Under the guidance of mentor, Carlo, he continues to develop his skills, learning the importance of precision and attention to detail in every job.
A dedicated learner and a strong addition to the team, Kristian says, “Working at Luftech Motorsport isn’t just about work and knowledge; it’s a place of family with open arms.”
